The metal wind spinner is constructed of steel (Very Strong and Durable!!) and is painted with a powder coat "Baked on Paint" paint finish. The paint finish is a high gloss paint, and will look totally different depending on the sunlight available.
The Metal Wind Spinner is 12 inches in diameter. The STAINLESS STEEL BALL BEARING swivel is included with your spinner.
