1. What are the cut off times for same day local delivery? Monday through Friday all orders need to be in by 1pm and Saturday and Sunday, the cut off time is 12pm.
2. Do you offer curbside pick up? Yes. Please call 812.683.2329 to arrange curbside pickup or leave a note in your cart when ordering. Most orders can be ready for pick up in 2 hours.
3. Do you offer shipping? Yes. Family Roots Nursery provides domestic shipping, local delivery and curbside pick up.
Most orders can be ready for curbside pick up in 2 hours.
Minimum order of $25 is required for delivery and shipping of items. If your purchase does not qualify for shipping, please select "curbside pick up" or call 812-683-2329.
Reasonable substitutions may take place to ensure timely & accurate delivery.
At Check out, please indicate the following:
In your cart, please note the following: Name, Address, Phone Number (for both recipient and sender on the first 3 items), Requested Delivery Date, Notes, and if you would like curbside pick up.
4. How do I register and pay for events and workshops? Under our events tab, you can learn all about the events and workshops we offer. You will simply, add the event to your cart, select the number of spots you will need and then proceed to check out. You will receive a confirmation email, please bring this with you the day of the event.
